VOV.VN - The Bac Luan II Border Guard Station under the Mong Cai International Border Gate Guard Station, in coordination with police forces, on September 23 handed over eight Chinese nationals who violated Vietnamese laws to the Chinese side.

The eight Chinese nationals had been apprehended on August 26 in Mong Cai Ward by the Mong Cai International Border Gate Guard Station in collaboration with the Department of Reconnaissance under the Border Guard High Command for illegal entry.

Competent forces verified their cases and compiled legal dossiers prior to the handover. The transfer proceeded safely in accordance with Vietnamese law and international practices.

The immigration violation serves as a warning for organizations and local entities to strictly comply with entry and exit regulations, prohibiting any complicity, brokering, harboring, or employment of foreign nationals without valid documentation. All acts involving organizing, brokering, assisting illegal entry or exit, or employing unauthorized foreign labor will be strictly penalized under the law.
