VOV.VN - The Vietnamese national futsal team recorded a 2-2 draw against Spanish side Cordoba in a friendly tournament being played ahead of the upcoming 2021 FIFA Futsal World Cup.

Vietnam take on Spanish side Cordoba in a friendly match on September 4.

This marks the national futsal team’s final match in Spain before they fly to Lithuania for the 2021 FIFA Futsal World Cup.

Both teams put in a good performance during the game.

Cordoba pile on the pressure after falling behind.

The hosts eventually equalise in the second half through Ricardo.

After bringing the score back to 1-1, Cordoba dominate much of the game.

However, the Spanish side’s joy is short lived as one minute later Tran Van Vu levels the game to make it 2-2. Later on the same day the Vietnamese futsal players will arrive in Lithuania where they will take on Brazil on September 13, Panama on September 16, and the Czech Republic on September 19 as part of the finals of the 2021 World Cup.
