The street flower space represents the highlight of the 10th Da Lat Flower Festival which opens on December 5.

The flower spaces are set up on the main street of Yersin, Tran Hung Dao, Nguyen Van Cu, Le Dai Hanh, Tran Quoc Toan, and around Xuan Huong Lake, all of which are decorated with hundreds of thousands of flowerpots specifically for the occasion.

The event presents nearly 500,000 pots of around 100 species of flowers.

Lam Dong province aims to draw two million visitors during the course of the festival.

The event provides beautiful backgrounds for people to come and snap check-in photos.

A flower display on the banks of Xuan Huong Lake proves particularly attractive for visitors.

Opening with the theme of “Da Lat Flowers – Symphony of Colours”, the festival this year will include a total of 10 main events, such as a New Year’s music show, an international seminar on green tourism and cultural industries, and a flower parade.

The festival is scheduled to last through to December 31.

The Da Lat Flower Festival provides an ideal venue in which both domestic and international tourists can experience the unique cultural and tourism values of the city.

The festival continues to affirm Da Lat as the nation’s flower festival city, as well as being named a creative city in the field of music by UNESCO.
