Northwestern region’s cultural festival opens in Son La
VOV.VN - The 14th version of a cultural, sports, and tourism festival held by ethnic minority groups in the northwestern region kicked off in the northern mountainous province of Son La on August 18.

| Sixty artists come from ethnic minority groups in seven of the northwestern provinces, namely Hoa Binh, Phu Tho, Yen Bai, Lao Cai, Lai Chau, Dien Bien and Son La. |
