VOV.VN - The Bahamas-flagged cruise ship Star Voyager docked at the Cam Ranh International Port in Khanh Hoa province, a major tourist destination in central Vietnam, on June 9 with 1,300 passengers on board.
Upon arrival at 7 a.m., the foreign tourists, primarily made up of Singaporean visitors, were taken on tours organised by Saigontourist Travel Service Co. Ltd to sites in the locality, including Po Nagar Cham Towers, and Dam Market.
They also explored traditional crafts at Truong Son Craft Village, and experience mud bath services at I-Resort Nha Trang.
The ship is scheduled to depart later the same day for Ho Chi Minh City.
Since the beginning of 2026, Khanh Hoa has received 32 international cruise ships, with more than 48,700 passengers going ashore.
According to cruise schedules, the province is expected to welcome a further 18 ships by the end of 2026. This is a positive sign for the recovery and development of cruise tourism, thus contributing to the success of Khanh Hoa’s tourism sector.
