The Cuban Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City previously received VND152 million, donated by Saigon Port’s staff and VND35 million by the municipal External Relations Office.
By the end of last month, the Vietnam Red Cross had raised about US$200,000 for assisting Cuban people.
