Warsaw Food Expo 2026 promotes Vietnamese exports to Poland and Europe
VOV.VN - Polish and international partners have viewed Vietnam's participation in Warsaw Food Expo 2026 as an opportunity to expand partner networks, bolster exports and explore logistics and distribution solutions to help Vietnamese products reach the Polish and European markets more effectively.
The Warsaw Food Expo 2026 took place at the Ptak Warsaw Expo exhibition centre in Poland from June 9-11, where the Vietnamese Embassy in Poland showcased a range of Vietnamese products, including processed agricultural products, coffee, tea, dried fruit, traditional spices, convenience foods and other export-oriented goods.
The embassy also connected several Vietnamese businesses and overseas Vietnamese enterprises in Poland with Polish import-export, distribution and logistics companies.
The Vietnam booth captured the attention of businesses, importers, distributors and visitors, particularly for products of tropical origin that reflect Vietnam's distinctive culinary identity and align with increasingly diverse consumer preferences in Poland and across Europe.
Through exchanges held during the expo, Polish and international partners expressed interest in learning more about Vietnamese products, production processes, quality standards, and supply and distribution capabilities in Poland and the European Union. Many partners spoke highly of the potential of Vietnamese agricultural and food products as European consumers show growing interest in goods with high quality, distinctive flavours, clear traceability and the ability to meet EU market standards.

On the sidelines of the expo, Vietnamese Ambassador to Poland Ha Hoang Hai held a working session with Ptak Warsaw Expo President Tomasz Szypuła to discuss measures to promote trade cooperation between Vietnam and Poland.
Discussions included increasing the presence of Vietnamese businesses at major specialised trade fairs and exhibitions organised by Ptak Warsaw Expo, not only in the food sector but also in other promising fields such as technology, e-commerce, furniture, textiles and garments, cosmetics and tourism.
Ambassador Ha Hoang Hai stressed that Poland is an important market for Vietnam in Central and Eastern Europe and serves as a favourable gateway for Vietnamese goods to gain deeper access to the EU market.
He said the embassy's organisation of a booth at Warsaw Food Expo 2026 demonstrates the importance Vietnam attaches to trade promotion, product promotion and support for businesses in finding partners, expanding distribution channels and gradually enhancing the position of Vietnamese products in Poland and across Europe.
For his part, President of Ptak Warsaw Expo Tomasz Szypuła hailed the participation of the Vietnamese Embassy and the Vietnamese business community at the expo, noting that Vietnamese products hold huge potential in the Polish market thanks to their quality, diversity and distinctive characteristics. He expressed his desire to continue cooperation to link more Vietnamese businesses with international trade events hosted by Ptak Warsaw Expo.
The Vietnamese Embassy's participation in Warsaw Food Expo 2026 contributed to promoting the image of Vietnam, its people, culinary culture and products in Poland, while creating an additional channel linking Vietnamese businesses with distribution networks, importers and trade partners across Europe.
The event also reaffirmed the embassy's support for businesses in trade promotion activities, participation in trade fairs, market research, partner-network development and the pursuit of cooperation opportunities.
