Vietnamese firms participate in Cambodia Expo Chain 2026
VOV.VN - Numerous Vietnamese enterprises and business associations are attending the Cambodia Expo Chain 2026, which opened at the Diamond Island Exhibition and Convention Center in Phnom Penh on August 26 to promote sourcing, technology exchange, and business networking.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Secretary of State at the Cambodian Ministry of Commerce Samheng Bora highlighted the event as an opportunity for companies to expand business networks across various sectors. He noted Cambodia's progress in agriculture, aquaculture, and food processing, emphasizing that the expo allows international partners to explore the country not only as a consumer market, but also as a manufacturing and investment centre.
Nguyen Ba Vinh, Director of Minh Vi Exhibition and Advertisement Services Co., Ltd. (VEAS), the organizer of the event, said that the expo serves as a B2B platform connecting global suppliers, local businesses, and industry experts to promote supply chain development and technology transfer.
The event features strong participation from major Vietnamese business associations and enterprises in key sectors, including agriculture, livestock, fertilizers, crop protection, spices, and pharmaceuticals. Notable corporate participants include Ca Mau Petroleum Fertilizer JSC, Han-Viet Fertilizer Co., Ltd., and CPC1 Hanoi Pharmaceutical JSC.
Running through August 28, the three-day expo covers nine specialized sectors, including agriculture, livestock, aquaculture, food and beverages, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology. Spanning 3,600 square meters, the event gathers over 250 exhibitors and brands from more than 19 countries and territories, and is expected to attract over 5,000 trade visitors.
