The 27-year-old from Hanoi secured the title after competing in the final rounds of the pageant, which featured name introduction, swimsuit, evening gown and interview segments. The crown was presented by Miss Universe Vietnam 2024 Nguyen Cao Ky Duyen.

Quynh Anh previously finished as first runner-up at Miss Universe Vietnam 2024. She also reached the final of The Face Vietnam in 2018 and won Supermodel Me in 2021, before continuing her career in modelling and fashion.

Her return to the competition came two years after her previous appearance, giving her another opportunity to compete for the national title.

This year’s pageant was held in a relatively compact format in Hai Phong, with contestants taking part in promotional activities, a swimsuit competition and closed-door interviews before the final.

Trinh My Anh, 23, was named first runner-up. She previously won the Miss Earth Water title at Miss Earth 2025 and has worked as a model and business executive.

Emma Maria Fernandez Le, 26, from Ho Chi Minh City, finished as second runner-up, while Nguyen Dieu Huyen, known by her stage name Pháo, was named third runner-up. Trinh Thi Hong Dang finished as fourth runner-up.

Pháo, a rapper who attracted considerable attention during the competition, also won the pageant’s Best Evening Gown and Most Favourite Contestant awards.

Organisers also presented a number of subsidiary awards, including Sports Beauty, Ao Dai Beauty, Most Photogenic, Media Beauty, Fashion Beauty, Tourism Beauty, Talent Beauty, Best Skin and Beauty with a Humanitarian Cause.

The victory gives Quynh Anh an opportunity to compete at Miss Universe 2026, which is scheduled to take place in Puerto Rico in November. However, whether she will officially hold the right to represent Vietnam at the international pageant has not yet been confirmed.

The Miss Universe Vietnam 2026 final was held in Hai Phong on October 2, with the contestants competing for the crown and the opportunity to advance to the international stage.
