Hanoi's 2026 International Culinary Culture Festival to feature over 90 booths
VOV.VN - The International Culinary Culture Festival 2026 is scheduled to take place from November 21 to 22 at the Van Phuc Diplomatic Compound in Hanoi, expected to feature over 90 booths representing foreign embassies, international organizations, local diplomatic services, and businesses.
The event, organized by the Service Department for Diplomatic Corps under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in collaboration with relevant agencies, centers on the theme "Beyond Flavors" and is conceptualized as a cultural crossroads.
Designed as miniature culinary streets, the venue offers visitors an experiential journey through Vietnamese, regional, and global cultures. Highlights include the "Pride of Vietnam" street zone featuring culinary specialties from the northern, central, and southern regions, alongside traditional heritage values.
The "ASEAN Flavors" space highlights the distinctive gastronomy of Southeast Asian nations, while the "World Flavors" zone introduces culinary highlights from around the globe to promote a dynamic multicultural exchange.
Beyond culinary promotions, the festival maintains its philanthropic tradition by organizing charitable activities to encourage community sharing and social responsibility.
With diverse participation from foreign diplomatic missions, international organizations, localities, and businesses, the 2026 festival is expected to become an attractive cultural exchange venue in Hanoi, while helping promote the image of the capital and Vietnam as dynamic, open, culturally rich, and proactive in international integration.
