VOV.VN trên Google News

Everyone was moved to tears and felt the warm atmosphere when they witnessed officers, soldiers and people on the islands and marine blocks cast their ballots.

People living on islands in the Truong Sa island district are allowed to cast their ballots on May 15, seven days before other localities in the country while those in DK Marine Block off the country’s southern shore voted 20 days earlier.

In addition to ballots for voters in island districts and marine blocks, ships from mobile election groups brought absentee ballots to fishermen working at sea.

Major Tuyen, a member of mobile election group 9, said ballots were cast at Marine Block 7 and the ship will bring the votes to Ba Ria-Vung Tau on May 21, one day before the election will take place across the country.
